First of all, there is NO magic pill that will help you lose weight. Get off the couch and get moving. Measure and control portions. Get your thyroid checked (the most recent cause of my problems). I train 3-5 times a week but my deadlifts are extreme and very counterproductive to my efforts. I tried this product in desperation to combat my sugar addiction and actually lose a few pounds. So far taking it as directed for 2 days has improved my cravings. Could be a coincidence. Just take a look. The first day the craving was completely gone. I practice intermittent fasting and don't eat before noon or 1pm and it seems to be working well. I didn't even hit my max daily goal of 1200 calories. Today I had cravings for something sweet, but still manageable. I have 422 calories left in my budget. It's almost dinnertime and I'm not hungry. So far I'm impressed. The time will show.
