Poorly designed and useless.

I bought this to rinse my baby's hair in the bath because he hates having water thrown on his face. This product is terrible. The only way I can see it actually working is if you happen to have an old small shower head. The new showerheads, like mine, are about the size of a dinner plate, but this doesn't fit. I thought I could hook it up to the sink opposite the bathtub as shown in the photos, but that doesn't work for many reasons. First, the hose is too short even in my small bathroom. Second, the rubber mount doesn't fit tight enough to ensure a good seal, even when rolled up as suggested. This gives me a very small jet of water up to the edge of the tub, which does not reach my child's head. I tried turning the water on, hoping to get enough pressure to put my thumb on the end like you do with a garden hose to keep it going. The result was a flooded countertop because the seal at the faucet wasn't tight enough and although the hose path went out and down all the water splashed back behind the rubber making a huge mess. Then I tried the bath spout, which they say isn't possible, but I can easily regulate the water pressure on mine, so it's fine. But since this method required the water to flow through a hose into the tub and then back to where I held it to rinse my baby's head, it failed again. The water could not return. When I screwed the hose on, instead of getting water through the hose, the rubber connector popped like a balloon and looked like it was about to explode, so I unplugged it. I never got enough pressure to get the water flowing out of the hose. I would like to return it if I had the chance. It's a piece of poorly designed junk. Don't waste money.
