I have tried several back massagers and really haven't been happy. They have been too bulky, too heavy, too tall and most of all- didn't reach the center of my back between my shoulder blades! To be honest, I had totally give up until I stumbled across this one. It was half the price of the others so I was skeptical but I have the Renpho scale and love it so thought what the heck! It arrived yesterday and I tested it out. I am a 5.6' woman around 130 pds. It worked great on me but was curious to see how it did on my 6.3 son. He also said it hit his whole back! Win win!So here is what I like about it:-light weight and can move it around easily (some other other others were like 40lbs!)-great price (half the price of the others)-nice looking (see pic)-easy to set up and remove easy to figure out (see pic)-reached my whole back! the ones that i tested that do the shoulders and neck too have two separate massagers and this makes them taller than any chair, heavy and most of all just gets to bottom of my shoulder blades and stop)-feels amazing- had heat, vibrate and back selection (upper, lower and whole back!)- back spot feature that stops the massager at any spot you want a little more work.-plug in for car-works on sofa or kitchen chair (I personally like the kitchen chair)- When done massaging, the massagers goes back to its spot at the lower portion of the matt so you don't have these knobs poking in your back.-can set the intensityCons-hard pressed to find any Cons as this delivers what they say. I thought I would mention here that if you are looking for a massager to do your shoulders and neck too this won't do it. If you are looking for a product to massage your whole back then this is a great option at an excellent price.Hope this helps!
