Attractive and well made. The front pocket has a vertical zipper (see photos in the catalog) which should be for looks. If you forget to zip up, things may fall out. This is the logical place for things when traveling, such as a passport, an extra credit card, etc., but when you realize the zipper has been unzipped, it can be a little disturbing. If it were a normal horizontal zipper then things couldn't just fall out when carrying the bag upright. The bag is pretty flat - it's not the kind of bag you can stuff anything in. It's made for a laptop, papers, etc. It's quite difficult to fit something bulky inside, like Bose headphones for airline travel, a sweater, or a hoodie (the same things I like to have on a plane). So it's a good bag (computer, papers, a few pens and small accessories) but it's not on par with other backpacks that can carry the same thing and hold additional items.
