I love the sleek look and style. That was important when I wore my first backpack out of college at the age of 50. old public transport. It's not the most comfortable, so it's best for light loads.

Outwardly neat and tidy, just right for 1-2 day business trips. The style and solid construction mean it doesn't need to be repackaged. The only downside I encountered is the lack of side pockets for an umbrella/water bottle. When I stuff these items into the zippered compartment, their volume/weight pushes the zipper down and the items can fall out while on the back. I can place one item without dropping it, but not both. This is the only inconvenience, but it may be significant for some.

I work in the tourism industry and I often find myself in places where I sit for a few hours waiting for passengers. In the past I have taken more than Bear Grills on a month-long safari. This bag made me carry only what I need and use while I wait. The compartments are useful and easily accessible. I carry the following in it and still have space: a 17 inch Mac, 2 iPads, suitable chargers, memory cards, wallet, key ring, various documents, Afrin, sunglass case and more.

Attractive and well made. The front pocket has a vertical zipper (see photos in the catalog) which should be for looks. If you forget to zip up, things may fall out. This is the logical place for things when traveling, such as a passport, an extra credit card, etc., but when you realize the zipper has been unzipped, it can be a little disturbing.
