I love photography as a hobby and this tripod has helped me a lot. I used to shoot by hand, bye. I decided to shoot solo videos, birds and landscapes. With the 7DMarkII sport lens and the Sigma 150-600 you get a weight that can give you muscle pain if you hold it in your hands for a long time. It holds the weight well and is fairly durable. Not too cheap, easy to install and very portable as it's made of fiberglass. It has been dropped a few times and still works very well, just a few scratches. I would say it's good value for money
