I've been looking for a laptop that can fulfill some of my gaming needs for a long time. The laptop has been on my Amazon list for a long time and I finally pulled the trigger at the beginning of the Covid-19 outbreak. Pros: Gaming is what this PC is made for. It looks like it can handle most gaming tasks with the recommended settings. Screen: The screen is really good, but I wish it was a bit brighter. However, the screen quality appears to be top-notch in my limited testing of the device. Keyboard. The keyboard seems really good. The keys feel comfortable and typing on the laptop is comfortable and easy. Form Factor Surprisingly, given the power of the device, the computer is relatively thin and light. Disadvantages Battery life: The battery drains quickly. This is to be expected since the computer is relatively powerful and designed for gaming. Draft. I hate computer design. It really screams "GAME" design. I wish it was thinner because I work for a living and I don't like the design. The sound is HOLY MOLY, this device gets very loud and hot! I've been playing WoW for about 10 minutes and it's starting to heat up and the fans are getting louder. When the turbo is on, it's insanely loud. Warm. When I bought this machine I fully expected it to get hot, but the heat next to your fingers is really warm. It gets very hot directly above the function keys next to the turbo button. The speakers are below average and very disappointing. Do not buy this computer if you want quality built-in speakers. Overall I like this machine and it does exactly what I need it to do. The screen is amazing and the performance is really fast and I have a feeling it will handle most of the games you run on it with ease. I have this machine as an addition to my play tower and easy access when I want to play games anywhere in the house. If the cons don't bother you then this machine is excellent and at a wonderful price.
