Used to replace SE that had its screen edges damaged due to phone case being too tight (and I think it was sitting on it in someone's back pocket). The benefit of this replacement is the included camera and speaker. All you have to do is transfer the home button assembly. Included components are similar to OEM, saving time and risk in pre-assembly. The kit includes magnetic screwdrivers (an absolute must if you don't want to spend an extra hour with it), a magnetic screw pad to hold and organize while disassembling, and a new screen protector when you're done. The replacement procedure is quite simple, just tedious. Just watch YouTube "iPhone SE 4-Minute Screen Swap NEW" to get an idea of what you're getting into. (All you have to do is move the home button. The video shows the replacement of ALL the components in the display assembly). The biggest problem, as mentioned, is reinstalling the home button ribbon cable. Suggest testing the phone before reassembling everything to make sure the fingerprint scanner is working properly. You have to re-enroll your fingerprints after the exchange (at least I had to). Better than paying Apple $130 for a replacement.
