I bought these for my bedroom closet to replace some of those old battery operated ceiling lights that eventually gave out. Doesn't matter! Such a bright, clear light - I can actually see the colors of my clothes enough to know if they match BEFORE I take them out of the closet! What I like most is how thin and flat they are and how easy they are to install. You simply use the included double-sided adhesive foam to stick them to a flat surface, and then the powerful magnets inside the lights hold them securely in place. This makes them easy to take off when they finally need to be charged. Which I don't expect for long as the motion sensor turns them off just 30 seconds after the closet door is closed. (I know because I can see them discharging through the gap between the doors.) I can't tell you how many batteries I used because I forgot to turn off those old batteries. Anyway, I'm back in the process of ordering two more to put in my kitchen pantry so I no longer have to use a flashlight to look for things on the back of the shelves.
