Well, the first photo lol, I just wanted to show, at least in this particular color, that these shorts are non-see through and totally "squat proof". They are definitely suitable for training in the gym or just at home. The fit around my waist is my favorite part and also the most comfortable! Because that pesky thin belt won't go through. And as you can see from my photos, the waist wasn't as loose as I've read in other reviews and the shorts were the perfect length. So I would say if you get the right fit, material and design these shorts are great! 💖 And I will probably order more! **For reference. I ordered a medium size. I'm 5'4", 130 lbs, 27" waist, 38" hips 😉
