I first got another version for $30 from Amazon but they used the US Postal Service which has a bad history of packet loss. What they did then I found this one which was a lot cheaper and contained the exact same part and lube. Fits perfectly. it was a little tricky but works fine. You have to push really hard to fully seat in the Toyota shifter. The little black tool (press) that comes with it only helps with most of the insertion of the insert, I had to use pliers to insert the rest of the way, no problems so far. Go with this one for a slightly lower price and they've got it delivered via UPS, with a higher chance of delivery errors.
