They were two different sizes, not in length but in width. One was perfect I think E and the other was D and it was very tight and skinny. I almost kept them but I wore them for several hours even after loosening my laces and the skinny leg was hurting my leg. There, too, he simply felt overwhelmed. So I sent them back. This problem for me is that I don't have the option to order the width E. I've read in other reviews that they are small and flimsy, that's a problem for me. I don't mind ordering a size up, but I also need to know the width size! I have not reordered as I feel I cannot trust the workmanship of these shoes much to my disappointment. I'll try to buy them from a store where I can try them on.
