I had my doubts when I ordered these and more doubts when I saw them. Happy to say I was surprised. They fit well and give good support and look in the pouch. I have had NOASSATALL disease my whole life. These do help me look not as flat. They maybe could be a little thicker but that just might make them obvious. I don't see them at all. Just a little more butt. Only complaints I have is that the pads sit a little too high I think taking them apart and reassembly when washing can be a pain in the butt but should get easier with practice. I'd order more but they are too pricey for me to have several pair so I wear them on nights out.
