I rarely leave product reviews but this is so good I had to. My daughter is 7 years old and a few days ago she broke her upper arm in a fall on the playground. The doctor didn't put us in a cast because the bones healed well, instead we have to wear a bandage for 6-8 weeks. All the bandages we tried that we got in the emergency room or the specialized bone and joint clinic didn't fix her arm, also the arm kept slipping out. Also, the smallest size they were was still too big for them. Also, the length of the Velcro on the strap on all of these models was not enough to shorten the strap to raise the arm higher. I decided to do some research to find the best fix for a small broken arm and oh my god! I ordered both the seat belt and immobilizer and as soon as I opened the package I realized that this is the perfect option! It is very soft and adapts perfectly to the arm/elbow. There's also a special place for your thumb that won't let your hand slip out, and the fabric is so soft my daughter doesn't even realize she's got something on her hand. The immobilizer locks the arm/elbow perfectly in place and the size is just perfect like it was made for her. When she goes to school, I don't worry about her having trouble keeping the bandage on her arm or accidentally removing it from her body. I am very happy with the purchase and recommend it to any parent looking for the best sling/immobilizer for their children.
