TLDR; I would be very happy with the quality if I could keep the stuff in my ears. The sound is good. No problem. More bass than other headphones I've had. The controls work with the iPhone 11. Not great: I can't get these things in my ear. I just sit there without moving, I can hear and feel the lump coming out of my ear. Lasts about 10 seconds. The size of the soft tips doesn't seem to matter. The only thing holding these things up is friction, and the spikes just can't handle me, no matter the size. I've experimented with alternative tips, but it's difficult because the shaft is short - 5.5mm long, 6.25mm wide - thicker than long (probably helps with sound quality). The longer, grippier earbuds I tried barely fit over the ear's thick shaft and then proved to be too long and soft - they flexed and blocked the sound. I think I'll deal with in-ear monitors again.
