These designers seem to think that if width is increased the length should be also. If this were truly a maxi dress I would need to be 7 feet tall! What the heck? Yes, I am overweight. But that doesn’t mean That I want to look dumpy in dresses the drag the floor. Also, it’s very hot when I live. I don’t want to be draped to the floor, So the top of the dress style is for warm weather with no sleeves but the bottom of the dress is for cold weather. So instead of getting out the sewing machine I just hung it in the closet and that’s where it lives now. I wish I would have returned it during the return window.
