Review on ๐Ÿ”ค iPad Keyboard Case 9.7 for iPad 6th Gen 2018, iPad 5th Gen 9.7 2017, iPad Pro 9.7, iPad Air 2, iPad Air - Detachable Bluetooth Keyboard in Grey by Olajuwon Achille

Well designed and easy to use, but not quite perfect.

I received this to replace an old keyboard case that had lost some of its rigidity. As a result, the iPad slipped into the case, and its side pressed the power button and turned off the screen, which was very annoying. This case doesn't have the same design issue, even if it sags a bit with age, the iPad stays in place. I really like that the keyboard is detachable but held securely in place with magnets if desired. It's a bit small and cramped when typing, but that's a limitation of the tablet's size, not the keyboard case's fault. It's only been a few days so my opinion may change over time, but so far I'm very impressed. Update: If I could give 4.5 stars right now I would. Every time I start using it there is a delay before it connects and an email pops up on the screen. This happens even if it was plugged in and turned on but removed. I have to press the button several times until it "works", but after that everything is fine. Also, having to pull out the keyboard just to use the case as a tablet stand is a bit annoying. Great for travel when you need a durable case to protect your iPad, but not great for everyday use. Places where you can place and place the bottom of the iPad are blocked by the keyboard when put away. Therefore, there is no way around moving the keyboard instead of simply unfolding it and lifting the iPad. As an alternative, I would consider my standard iPad case and a lightweight portable keyboard. It all depends on what you need and how you use it. These are pretty minor quibbles considering the price, but I wanted to be complete in my review.
