There is a problem --- in lighted Christmas display cases
This snowman needs some stakes to keep it upright in the wind, so I stuck the round base into the ground. Unfortunately, the wind then tore the included support from the base, so I resorted to sticking this thin pole directly into the ground. The base has no real purpose now. Other than that, I'm happy with the look, but I'm a little worried about it holding up over the long term. Perhaps it is more suitable for a calm climate.
