Came already used / not clean

The goods received used. He was full of shit and looked old. Requested a new one, let's see how it goes. I had to disinfect everything the item came in contact with, it was absolutely disgusting. UPDATE: I asked for another one and it came cleaner but still a bit dirty! Washed, disinfected and now everything is good!
