This is my second replacement in just a month. The first arrived at the end of November, the rim broke after 3 weeks when my 2 year old accidentally leaned against it on the couch. I contacted Revain (it was a complete s*** show, literally after I explained my problem he disappeared for ten minutes to investigate the problem and then came back to ask me what product I was buying Sense made after I already gave him the order number and product info. He contacted me and didn't reply within 5 minutes of my replying? What kind of customer service is this!? Seriously Revain? I live here you get sloppy with your rents) got a replacement and the second burst in the same place in less than 10 days! He fell a foot (face up) to the ground when my dog pushed him off the couch. This is heavy duty tablet protection, am I right? If it barely touches the ground, how is it SO protected when it breaks so easily? Oh, and he also cut my finger when I picked it up (I didn't know it was broken). I liked the thick rubber surrounding the case, it was durable and really great. But the plastic pieces holding it in place kept coming loose and obviously kept breaking. I'm disappointed and frankly POed. I am definitely done with this product.
