very confusing: jumpers, chargers and portable power supplies
Product instructions were very confusing, very vague on how to get to the winter maintenance part of the unit. The picture shows all the offerings on the machine but not the unit itself. I'm sorry I bought you the machines very early on and didn't need to use them when they delivered them so I would have known a lot more if I would have tried to use them back then. Sorry I'm ordering so early because the return period has passed and I'm stuck with them now. I would definitely return them for a better car model.
