High-quality workmanship. Works great with most of my Canon lenses except for the excellent fiftieth which only works in quasi-lens mode. Something in the lens alignment is preventing the focus ring from working when fitted to my G7. I've seen other reviews saying it works with their 50mm, others saying it doesn't; I'm one of the unlucky ones. It's worth the price though - it installs quickly, is strong and feels like it's going to last. EDIT 03/31/18. Canon 50mm. This involves attaching a lens to my T3i, focusing and re-attaching the lens to my G7. Sometimes the focus ring works, sometimes it doesn't, but after attaching 50mm it's sharp, although only at the exact focal length (I got 100mm due to the 2x crop factor). I liked this product so much that I ordered several old Canon EF lenses, so I'm still a happy buyer.
