Description of 📷 K&F Concept Lens Mount Adapter: Connect Canon EOS EF Mount Lens to M4/3 MFT Olympus Pen and Panasonic Lumix Cameras

Smooth surface for effortless mount, infinity focus allowed. The adapters are precision made to insure the perfect fit. Made of brass and aluminum (not plastic), anodized aluminum construction. Compatible Cameras (Including, but not limited to): Olympus PEN E-PL1, E-PL1s, E-PL2, E-PL3, E-P2, E-P3, E-M, OM-D, E-M5, E-M10, Panasonic Lumix DMC-G1, G2, G3, G10, GX1, GH1, GH2, GF1, GF2, GF3, GF5, GH4, Panasonic AG-AF100 Mirrorless Digital Cameras, Black Magic Pocket Cinema Camera (BMPCC). As Canon's EOS lenses are electronically controlled, most Canon EF mount lenses do not feature a manual aperture ring,so when used on our EOS-M4/3, which is a full manual operation adapter ring, the aperture could not be transfered to the camera, it will stop down to its smallest f/stop by default. Adapting full-frame lens to APS-frame or M4/3 frame camera, it will magnify the focal length by 1.6 on Canon, 1.5 on Nikon and Sony,2.0 on M4/3 camera.

That's great. I use it to mount my Canon glass.

Cool thing. I use it to attach my Canon glass to my Lumix G85 after a camera body upgrade and don't want to get rid of my Canon glass. It doesn't have any electronics so the autofocus won't work, but you can still use peaking to make sure your focus is where you want it to be. It has red dots to align and attach the adapter to the camera. It's a good weight and seems to last a long time. There's a silver "switch" that you press to detach the lens, and you press a button on the camera to detach…

Pros
  • Seems to be everything for now
Cons
  • I don't remember

Very impressive lens accessory

I got this adapter to use some semi functional EF mount lenses with my OM-D E-M5. I didn't expect such a good adapter for the price. It feels very solid, infinity is maintained and the focus dials feel accurate. Of course you don't have autofocus, but manual focus works great in most cases. Also, you cannot directly change the aperture with this adapter. Instead, you either have to use wide-open lenses (which makes manual focusing a bit tricky) or attach the lens to your EOS camera, hold down…

Works best in accessories

High-quality workmanship. Works great with most of my Canon lenses except for the excellent fiftieth which only works in quasi-lens mode. Something in the lens alignment is preventing the focus ring from working when fitted to my G7. I've seen other reviews saying it works with their 50mm, others saying it doesn't; I'm one of the unlucky ones. It's worth the price though - it installs quickly, is strong and feels like it's going to last. EDIT 03/31/18. Canon 50mm. This involves attaching a lens

Amazing build quality

I have a Blackmagic Micro Cinema Camera that I almost bought a Metabox adapter for when I stopped and thought. Why would I buy Metabonds for them if I only use manual cine lenses? For example Rokinon DS, Xeen, Zeiss etc. So I went to Revain and stumbled across it. I wanted to get the Fotasy but the looks and the display looked a bit cooler and for the price. Why not just try. So, the first thing that struck me was the build quality. It is wonderful! To be honest it seems very durable and even…

later Don't get confused as to what this adapter does and doesn't do. Many reviews and answers to questions are misleading. To be absolutely clear, this adapter works with the Panasonic Lumix G7 body and Canon EF lenses, NOT Canon EF-s lenses. If your lenses have a RED dot, then this adapter is for you. If they have a WHITE dot then you will not be able to focus the lens when mounted and should not bother. K&F has a good product. The build quality is very good, the adapter fits the camera and…

Pros
  • Because Canon EOS lenses are electronically controlled, most Canon EF mount lenses do not have a manual aperture ring, so when used on our EOS-M4/3, which is a fully manual adapter ring, the aperture could not be transferred to the camera , by default it stops at the minimum aperture.

Works well but be prepared for limitations

I bought this lens to use some of my Canon and third party EF lenses on my Olympus E-M1 Mark II camera. Since I have the most common lenses for the E-M1, I only needed them for two EF lenses, one for the Tamron 150-600 and the other for the Canon 100mm Macro. Both worked perfectly with this adapter and I was able to take beautiful, clear and very useful photos with them. However, this adapter has some limitations that are worth mentioning. First, it's a "dumb" adapter that has no electronic…

Pros
