Good product, not disappointed.

Got pros:
I use to answer calls to cisco through a computer. The sound is great, everything works.

Comes with a nice carrying case and lots of different size earbuds.
Got cons:
The manufacturer claims the range of the wireless headset is 30 m. In fact, moving away from the USB receiver by 5-6 meters or into the next room, the headset loses contact with the USB receiver.

It upset.
