I bought it in February. I am not pregnant and never will be. My back and hips hurt and this "WHAT" is amazing. It's very convenient and doesn't get enough reviews. However. I washed it and now the pieces don't match. As you can see in the picture I tried to close part 1 and the zipper came loose. Trying to align the zipper teeth again resulted in the zipper bar breaking and the zipper teeth being pulled out. It wasn't even close to a forceful effort, it just broke. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact the manufacturer. I will keep trying. To be honest it was a good buy. Now I only have parts that don't stick.
