Review on Waterpik Complete Electric Toothbrush Flosser Oral Care by Jackie Sturgeon

Bought to replace the same block I had for a number of years. Although this one was smaller, they were the same. I was temporarily residing in another state and it was turned over to me for permanent residence. After about 6 weeks I returned home and decided to unbox it and use it. The toothbrush worked great, the conditioner didn't work at all. I contacted Revain for a replacement/refund when I had to leave the state on business. When I got home the window for returning the device was closed. I appreciate Revane's help, but I was very disappointed that the irrigator never worked. It seems like Waterpik needs better control over the quality of the products sold. I will continue to use the device's toothbrush, but when it runs out it will not be replaced with another Waterpik!
