When I was a kindergarten teacher, I started with Elmer's glitter glue sticks. (No other brand compares! I know I've tried!) I bought them with my own money, I've held onto them so much. As a grandparent to a child with fine motor skills, I went through many small sets. They are perfect to strengthen their fingers to hold pencils and crayons. She LOVES using them to decorate postcards, while crayons and even markers are of little interest. She can use so much glue that it takes a day to dry, but since they do physical therapy at the same time, I'm happy to replace them regularly! She hasn't seen this new HUGE set and I can't wait
