The jewelry is really beautiful and the metal is shiny. The large gem appears to have weakened but has not fallen out. I tapped it with my finger when I heard a light tap and it could move a bit in the settings. My belly button had no problems before wearing this jewelry. After wearing this piercing for a few days, my piercing became irritated and crusted over. I disinfected the jewelry before use. I can't use steel or titanium for a new piercing or it won't heal. I always have to prick with gold. When my piercing is fully healed, I can usually switch to steel or titanium with no problems. I have no problem wearing steel jewelry for piercings, but not this titanium jewelry. I am extremely disappointed. Although it's beautiful. Even if my skin didn't react to it, I would assume that the stone would eventually fall out.
