I like that it's easy, quick and simple to set up an alias or multiple alies. You don't need to worry about having different accounts/inboxes etc just in case one gets hacked! If anything then my only dislike is how long it takes to load sometimes but this could be because we are using Google Cloud which isn't great at keeping everything updated so maybe try another provider? We have used many providers over time as we've moved our business online but nothing has been able to keep pace with us when adding new clients, managing their data & communication needs. The ease of use makes life easier for both staff members (me) and customers alike It's really easy! I like that there is no more having multiple accounts, just one account per person (or as many people are in my family). There isn't anything i dislike about this system so far but if anyone has suggestions please let me know :) This service was perfect when we were trying it out since our business had only 3 employees then now its time scale wise things have changed quite alot which makes keeping track difficult because everything needs updating etc..
