I needed to replace a 4-pack cartridge on my printer and ordered one to have on hand when the current cartridge runs out. No doubt it's my rush, but little did I know I was just buying one color (cyan?!) to replace the 4 cartridge unit. It's not possible to install a color as the 4 pack is stapled together and I didn't realize I had to order the black cartridge unit separately as well. Now I've spent $35 on a useless cartridge I need to figure out how to return it. Worse, I'm stuck with a disassembled printer until I can get to a normal shop where I can get advice from a human. To add insult to injury, since the printer has stopped working, I have no way of printing a label to return this completely useless cyan cartridge. THE MAIN ISSUE. I may not be a rocket scientist, but buying ink shouldn't be a) that complicated or B) that outrageously expensive. The whole experience was a bummer. I don't feel like a valued customer.
