This is a powerful, lightweight and quiet small fan. It is very easy to place it on a table, counter, bed, sink, etc. There are 2 fan speeds (controlled by 1 button below) and both are powerful for a fan of this size. It's powered by a USB cable (one included) and you can plug it into anything with a USB port. I plug it into my portable charger so I can use it anywhere! Its noise is barely audible even at full speed. I had no problem watching TV with a fan sitting next to me on the couch. Removing dust from the blades is also very easy. You simply unscrew the front cover and wipe the blades with a damp paper towel. Overall I would give this fan 5 stars for its performance, quietness and portability.
