Great supportive sleeves but you MUST measure your arch, you cannot rely on shoe size. I wear a size 5 but have a wide/flat foot and bought a medium size. If I were to buy by shoe size I would buy a small which would be too small. Here are the measurements straight from the Orthosleeve website. I use them when I work out which gives me terrible arch pain (I have a high pain tolerance) and I'm concerned that my plantar fasciitis might come back. I have used them several times. I had a bit of fatigue in my legs at first, but that pretty much eliminated all the pain. From the Orthosleeve website: Measure at the top of the arch. Small 5-8 inches. Medium 7-10 inches. Large 9-13 inches.
