Happy and loyal customers

Last year my wife wanted to lose a few pounds and considered the Nutrisystem but I vetoed it and looked for shake solutions. I've heard great things about Herbalife from several colleagues, but personally I didn't like their distribution system, which resembles a financial pyramid. In short, after reading many reviews about various protein shakes and diet pills, we finally chose RAW Meal and we were very skeptical. I should also add that a few years ago we tried Garcinia Cambogia pills and it didn't work for us. We first ordered chocolate and vanilla as our first batch. We used an immersion blender and followed the recipe below: 1- One cup frozen fruit, preferably from an organic or co-operative store (70 cal) 2- One cup unsweetened almond milk (30 cal) 3- Two scoops of raw milk flour powder (240 vanilla, 250 chocolate ) Total Calories per Cup: 340-350 When we first tasted chocolate, we could faintly smell the aftertaste of raw flour powder. It's a very distinct taste that almost makes you choke. However, we were determined and had already bought two large containers, so we continued to take four shakes a day for two weeks. It worked surprisingly well and in just two weeks we started losing a lot of weight. Also, after a few days our bodies went into a cleansing state which I won't repeat as yours may be different, but you will definitely notice when it starts. You must drink this cocktail quickly. If you wait and it gets warm, the taste will be much worse. It also changes texture and becomes very sticky. We find it impossible to take a cup to work for lunch. However, we were so pleased with the results that we ordered a second batch of vanilla and vanilla tea. I liked the "chocolate" flavor better at first, but I kind of stuck with the "vanilla" flavor, so we tweaked the recipe a bit: first we used unsweetened vanilla-almond milk, then just a scoop of the powder. (up to 250 total calories). Later we also tried the unflavored version, but the aftertaste was stronger. We lost a lot of weight and decided to make a vanilla smoothie just for breakfast. So after more than a year we have kept the desired weight and only do it once a day. We hardly notice the characteristic taste of the powder, but it is there. If you are very taste sensitive, a better blender might work for you. We recently upgraded our blender to the Blendtec 675 and you can see the difference between smoothies made with our hand blender and those made by this beast. Of course, you no longer feel the texture of the fibers in your mouth, and the mix is so smooth that you notice less aftertaste. Finally, my wife prefers frozen fruit with lots of berries, while I prefer berries mixed with mango. Sometimes we add a fresh banana or apple to make it taste different from the previous one. You should experiment with different mixes of frozen and fresh fruit and find your perfect blend. You can also eat different types for breakfast and lunch. Conclusion: This diet works and you feel amazingly light and healthy after a few weeks. If you can't get used to the taste, try the vanilla version and mix it with vanilla almond milk and frozen fruit. Alternatively, you can start with 1 scoop of powder, which works out to around 220-230 calories per cup. Finally, don't forget that the choice of mixer can greatly affect the finish. Happy shaking and good luck. ***UPDATE*** July 2015: RAW Meal recently changed packaging and at first glance you'll find you're paying the same price for less powder; To be precise, the price has increased by 17%: 949 g versus 1150 g. However, if you take a close look at the nutritional values, you will notice that they have changed the recipe slightly. The new filling has about 30 grams less sugar per scoop, but is slightly sweeter. The label also says it has 15% more protein. It's true in the sense that they increased their prices by 17%, but at least they improved their product. *** UPDATE *** December 2018: It's been over four years and this product is still in daily use. . Many of my friends tried this powder and soon changed their lifestyle. Most of them even bought good blenders like Vitamix or Blendtec after a while and tried other blend combinations with or without this powder. Needless to say, they are all shaking with delight. YMMV.
