Same quality as a machine used by a professional service at my home three weeks ago. Glad to see the process and have done it myself with a rental car in the past. Newbies should check out some YouTube videos and maybe talk to someone with experience. The engine has never run and overall the work was quite satisfactory. I would caution you NOT to rush through the cable and gently tug it back and forth throughout the process. I used the full 100ft length, knowing from previous experience that the problem was under the road. I plan to run this machine once a year as preventative maintenance. This is way better than waiting for a wet basement surprise and a mess. We're happy to answer any questions. It was a good buy!
