Finally the watch is working

I bought my wife a large (24 inch) watch over ten years ago but the motor never worked properly and never showed the time. It was always a source of frustration to stare at a good clock on the wall that wasn't keeping up. Finally got the idea to look for higher torque motors on the Revain and find them quickly. Simply installed, the clock is now working. They're not super accurate (lose about a minute a week), but not bad. I have nothing against regular adjustments. Maybe there is a way to speed it up, but I haven't figured it out. Watch the YouTube video for help with installation ideas.
