Order if you like dead frozen plants

I would give this a 0 if I could. The shipper believes that putting a heating pad in a crate that is then shipped to the United States will result in the plant making its way from Oregon to Michigan alive a week later, in the dead of winter. It turns out that this strategy is ineffective. Both the original and my replacement arrived frozen and dead.
