In my experience, buying cheap and flimsy gear is exactly what you don't want with your $50 gear. If you aren't aggressive with your playing style, don't rock the table or what station you're on, then yes it can tip over, but very iffy. There's no trick to the device, and if there were, it would be RGB lighting. that's all. Cable management: Three USB ports on the front allow you to choose what you want to connect. It's a stand and RGB USB hub in one. It's literally 3 devices in 1, with a Razer sticker and braided cable. Serious. I would recommend this if you have 2 gadgets that you are connecting. (e.g. webcam, mouse), black braided cable makes cable management almost invisible.
