Review on 🔍 PEAK TS2032 Fixed Focus Loupe: 10X Magnification with 1" Lens Diameter and 1.10" Field View by Roy Whetstone

Very decent magnifier at a good price, an improvement over the very old Agfa I had. The only problem is that I bought it to help me look through LOTS of old contact sheets and I think I've finally figured out that regular magnifying glasses just aren't the best tool for the job. You get a nice, compact zoom, but they have to touch the paper and your eye has to touch the strap most of the time (uncomfortable), and unless you're in a well-lit area your view is severely limited. I ended up buying a lighted dome with only 5x magnification, but it can be held a few inches from the paper and looked through in a normal sitting position, and the built-in backlight means it works great anywhere. It was more than double the price of this magnifying glass but if you have something to look at I would say money well spent.
