I bought lots of these to prepare for a small winter storm in Texas, but they didn't arrive in time until things were good again. Which is good, at least they finally showed up so I'm ready for whatever happens. Fast forward to today! 03/18/21 It's cold outside but I have too many hand warmers! happy event! I'm at a construction site where there are a lot of people, so I knocked them out and started getting complaints that they weren't doing anything. So I figured they were just using them incorrectly and decided to try it myself. Very minimal heat and nothing that makes a difference. So I'm not sure if I received unexploded packages. but very unsatisfied.
