Purchased this pack after seeing the recommended detangling balm. The balm perfectly dissolves tangles and knots in our dog's coat. Tried the shampoo and conditioner, so far so good, smells nice and is gentle on our dog's skin. Using the balm after bathing around her ears and on her chest, where she's most prone to small tangles, seems to prevent tangles and make her more comfortable to comb.
