I lead the weekly science class for a large homeschool group. In the next few weeks we will be exploring the solar system. I wanted to make a small model for each student, but I had to do it within budget. After a long search on the internet, mainly on Pinterest of course, for ideas, I chose a cardboard circle painted black (I use cardboard cake platters) and then they draw lines with a white pencil and add their planets. where the pompoms appear. These are planets. What an adorable surprise that some of them look "cool" and just perfect for our project! Super nice surprise. The colors are great and I really like that there is a really wide range of sizes, colors and such. My 5 year old son noticed the bag when it arrived and asked me to let him open it and use it right away. They will surely make each project more fun, I might have to pick up another bag to leave at home. I'm sure my son would be happy if I did that. Hmmm. It could be a super fun idea with Christmas stockings for him!
