Couldn't "get stuck" in a slight bend in my dash (despite text saying it could) so when attaching the vacuum mount it tipped over and fell off the dash. Not what I was hoping for. I ended up just buying a smaller 3M sticky pad and attaching it directly to the dash. DAS held and worked perfectly without moving. This can work on a very flat surface, but the vacuum holder has a tendency to "tilt" and the tilt causes the disc to "stick" from the surface it's supposed to be on. sticks. So I can't say it works for my purposes
