🚗 Enhance Car Mount Stability with iOttie Adhesive Dashboard Pad for Car Mounts Review

I bought another one because the stick lasted months instead of days and I'm going on a trip. The product delivered is NOT the product shown above. In fact, the 3 photos of this product on Amazon do not even agree on their own. They show 3 different products and the installation instructions above show it installed upside down. The product is made of hard plastic and is not flexible. It will come down on a hot day. I was in a dilemma and I hope that the new one will be a real product.

Couldn't "get stuck" in a slight bend in my dash (despite text saying it could) so when attaching the vacuum mount it tipped over and fell off the dash. Not what I was hoping for. I ended up just buying a smaller 3M sticky pad and attaching it directly to the dash. DAS held and worked perfectly without moving. This replacement dash gasket is junk. Put simply. The original worked great, but after not using it for a while it wasn't sticky enough to stick. I figured since it's the same manufacturer it would be an OEM replacement. Not even close. The new product uses a sort of supposed "semi-permanent" tape that didn't stick to the dash or the skin on the dash no matter how hard I pressed to make the connection. Worked great for 5 weeks, now it's not sticky anymore. I washed it and made sure my dashboard was perfectly clean. It crashes after a few minutes.
