I used to have bark boxes that worked well. Can't find the last one that was great (was a gift from someone). This box does absolutely nothing. I received this box because my dog has a collapsed windpipe. He was damaged by a careless caretaker and also by his brother who went too far and I had to have him put down. This box should stop the puppy barking which I still have to save his windpipe. It doesn't have a "test" function for the human ear to see if it's working. The only positive thing is that it charges via USB. But it's no good if it doesn't work. I wouldn't spend money on it - and I rarely give a one star rating.
