Review on Rediscover Authenticity with APIKA Chinese Traditional Beijing Rubber by John Munajj

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Beautifully finished moccasins and slippers

Build quality, durability 5 stars. A small pull tab on the heel is a nice plus, making it easier to put the shoe on without stretching the heel. Well-cut, flexible and thin soles are required for Tai Chi (or martial arts). I think I've found my perfect Tai Chi shoe! Please note that they run slightly smaller than similar cloth shoes in this style - most of them run larger and I would say this is a US sizing. Get the exact size you wear and I went 1/2 size down as I wanted them to be snug and expected them to 'give' a little when worn. Expect your toe to rest against the end of the boot, unlike most stiffer boots - if you make them bigger you will end up slipping in, which you don't want for tai chi or martial arts.
