Just finished assembling. Instructions are useless, but it's not rocket science, kind of like a Lego project. Overall, it seems sturdy enough. However, you must have a perfectly flat surface underneath it. Where I live, building a house is "level optional". lol so I will put a thin flat board under the bottom. That being said, there are no dressers here so I purchased this to store my clothes. The biggest problem is that where the grates are welded together, there are sharp metal nicks where they didn't smooth out the connection. They are catching and leaving pulls on my clothes. I have had a lot of different brands of this style of cubes and I have never seen that kind of quality control problem. And it's not just one spot, there are several of them. So, not impressed and this won't work for the purpose I bought it for. For storing books or nic knacks it would probably be fine.
