I'm going to find out what I dislike the most and why I'm giving two stars instead of four. The product cost around $16 and arrived as expected. Inside the package is a card asking the recipient to write a "good" review in exchange for money. My card said I could get $10 back for a $16 purchase. This product actually pays for good reviews. I find that very dishonest and mean. So you can take your $10. As for the product, it works out of the box and for the price it works well. It feels light and cheap, but not too much. The jets are not airtight, so small strands of hair can get caught between the body and the jet, making cleaning difficult. It doesn't look like the case can be submerged in water, so wiping is the only way to clean it. The kit includes a small brush, so that's a nice bonus. Battery life didn't seem to last that long, at least on first use after charging, with a noticeable drop in performance after only 8-10 minutes. Non-standard power connection to the charger, mainly USB to a unique two-wire connector. If this cable is lost, good luck finding another one. No idea why MFR chose to do this, it would be cheaper to just use a standard mini/micro USB connector. No bag or case, you need your own or risk losing the fixings and cable.
