I like that we can easily set up our own rules without having any code or programming knowledge required! We also have access tot he API which makes it very useful as well because you don't need someone else's help when using this software either (which sometimes happens).
The only thing i dislike about ledggy are their support team who aren’t always helpful in solving problems quickly if at all possible but instead make your life harder by taking longer than they should before giving answers/solutions etc.. If there was more transparency then maybe things would be better overall? Also some of my colleagues had issues getting started so perhaps try out one demo account first just incase its something simple thats causing them issue initially - otherwise everything seems fine from what others said here too though.
