I don't understand how this phone mount got so many rave reviews. The first problem is that the magnets that are supposed to hold your phone are not strong enough to hold it securely. (I also wonder what long-term effect these magnets may have on your phone. Are the phone's delicate electronics stable enough to be in a magnetic field for long periods of time?) Also, the mount doesn't rely solely on suction. Mug to stick to your dashboard. The suction cup also has adhesive on the bottom I assume to make sure it stays in place. The price for this is a permanent adhesive on your dashboard. I hope you will not sell this car!
