. I try to keep my cartridges going as long as possible. After installing a new cartridge it got noticeably better. I had no compatibility issues with the printer at all. The orange plastic parts on both sides must be removed before installing in the printer. This is not specified or illustrated in the instructions. I missed one and it gave me trouble for a few minutes. So tight I pushed it into the printer but the drive gears were grinding. Looking at the old and new cartridges helped me locate the second orange plastic latch that needs to be removed. Overall, for now, this product is good value for money and works as advertised.
